- Virtual classes are back! As the cost of goods continues to rise, cooking at home is an easy way to save money. That's why we’re excited to relaunch our virtual cooking classes! Our live, interactive sessions are open to people of all ages:
- Classes typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the menu.
- Most recipes can be adjusted to accommodate allergies or dietary preferences
- Amount of ingredients may vary based on your appetite or family size.
- Unless noted in the ingredient list, all cutting/chopping will be done during class. If you're concerned about using a knife, we recommend wearing a cut-resistant glove (available in children's sizes too)—just one will do.

Ingredients:
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil
- 1 bunch green onions
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
Suggested sides: steamed or fried rice, egg rolls, edamame, potstickers
